  • About the role

    C&C Group is looking for a Safety, Health & Environment Auditor to join the team who will be ensuring that all regulatory and company standards are audited in accordance with the C&C SHE regulatory framework process. You’ll be generating appropriate checklist and forms, ensuring that all are accurately documented in the compliance monitoring software system.

    By following up findings with the relevant manager/nominated person, you will be ensuring that the root cause analysis and corrective action plans and preventive actions are adequately recorded in the compliance monitoring software system. You will also contributing to the continuous improvement of the compliance monitoring Management System by reviewing established processes and procedures.

    Role Responsibilities

    You will continually deliver business support across the business in line with the internal stakeholders, objectives and C&C Logistics GB Policy and Values, to capitalise on opportunity, implement risk controls, minimise liability exposure and contain cost.

    You’ll analyse, consolidate, interpret, produce audit reports and communicate key monthly and quarterly performance metrics, establish local audit plans in partnership with the business which will enable effective risk mitigation and continual improvement activity via timely intervention and effective performance management and measurement.

    You will maintain centralised management system tools, processes and measures with relevant standards and procedures to which the Company is associated or certified with e.g. ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

    You’ll manage and train where required users on the C&C risk platform.

    You will ensure documentation held on the C&C Risk Software are monitored and actioned correctly.

    About you

    You have professional qualifications in a risk subject to a degree level or equivalent and relevant auditor qualifications in a risk subject i.e. ISO 14001 or ISO 45001.

    You have a demonstrable track record of delivering organisational performance improvements in terms of culture and risk management.

    Knowledge and experience of implementing ISO14001 and OHSAS 45001 is desirable.
