  • We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Supplier Performance Manager at C&C Group! This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing a performance programme across our supply base.

    What You’ll Do

    You will be a key lead in developing, implementing and managing a new supplier management programme.

    You will be responsible for tracking and reviewing suppliers across multiple metrics, including operational efficiencies, product quality and sustainable practices. You’ll build relationships and collaborate closely with those suppliers to ensure that our supply base is able to deliver the best services to our customers.

    The role will require interaction with multiple teams across the business to share information and to support the making of long-term strategic decisions.

    You will have the opportunity to work closely with some of the biggest drinks companies in the world.

    About You

    We are looking for someone with FMCG performance management experience, user knowledge of ERP systems e.g., JDE, Netsuite and experience maintaining online supplier management portals. We would love to hear from you if you have strong negotiation and influencing skills and a high level of attention to detail.
