About the role
You'll lead new business development of a prioritised Bulmers & Craft portfolio within the wider IOI portfolio of brands by leveraging off the existing customer base and enhancing via new business wins.
As Business Development Manager you'll work to improve the organisation’s market position and achieve financial growth.

About the Role
In this role, you will be working as part of a collaborative team of ER Specialists supporting the diverse organisational functions within the C&C Group plc across the UK and Ireland. The ER Specialist will champion best practices and foster positive employment relationships between our colleagues and the organisation through inclusive, proactive and pragmatic employee relation practices including organisational policies and procedures.
An expert in the wide range of legal provisions that apply across the UK & Ireland in managing employee relations, ensuring the continuous development of policies and procedures to maintain compliance with employment legislation. Harness trusted relationships with people managers across the organisation, providing confident advice on the resolution of employee relation matters in end to end case management.
Accountable for communicating key legislative changes to people managers, supporting their development through coaching and the facilitation of training enhancing capability and minimising risk. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement working closely with the HR Business Partnering Team and other HR Functions, focusing on partnership, delivery and shared learning.

About the role
Are you well-acquainted with the drinks industry? Do you revel in leading a high-performing team and delivering on regional plans? If so, step into the role of a Regional Sales Manager.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be tasked with achieving budgeted GP and Distribution targets through the leadership of a team of ASMs. You will work with Key Account Director, CPM and RSM peers to deliver a robust regional plan, including individual business plans and objectives for Key Existing and Prospect Customers. In your role, you will implement agreed standards & ways of working and lead by example. You will also be developing direct reports to their full potential through effective objective setting & review and PDP.
As a Sales & Services Executive you will be an integral part of the Customer Service team, with a customer-focused attitude and strong communication style.
As the main contact for all Customer Service enquiries and issues, you’ll have the ability to quickly identify a solution and implement the action required to reach a resolution.
You’ll also be responsible for capturing customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilising various methods, as well as being an effective support function for the Sales Teams, able to deal with all levels of customers including high profile, high value or specialist accounts..
Above all else, you will provide an informed, professional, and appropriate response to internal and external enquiries.
