    About the role

    Bulmer's Ireland are looking for a Quality Dispense Team Lead to join the Brands Dispense team! You will be reporting to the Brands Dispense Quality Manager, where you will be primarily be responsible for a small team of Quality Dispense Technician's undertaking routine servicing and maintenance of beer, cider, wine, draught cocktails & carbonated soft drink dispense equipment to ensure the highest quality and standard of product dispense. 

    What you’ll be doing

    Duties to include:

    • Responsible for managing a small team of dispense technicians
    • Undertake routine servicing & Maintenance of beer, cider & carbonated soft drink dispense equipment, ensuring highest quality & standard of product dispense.
    • Liaise with fellow colleagues to ensure effective & efficient service is delivered.
    • Responsible for completion on own & teams work schedule in line with pre-determined Key Performance Indicators
    • Assessments of quality work, trade information, reporting, stock control, periodic equipment census & as when the business requires assist & support in preparation of planned maintenance scheduling.
    • Quality work across any location in NI in line with business needs.
    • In certain circumstances requirement to be available for overtime / weekend work e.g. scheduled events.
    • Prioritise to ensure quality & efficient response to customer complaints and breakdowns associated with dispense equipment or regarding the quality of beer, cider and carbonated soft drinks. 
    • At times you will also be required to investigate, diagnose and promptly report problems, and take appropriate corrective action.
    • This may involve investigating and arranging replacement of kegs with Quality control issues and ensure all the correct associated paperwork is completed as necessary with appropriate personnel advised.
    • The Company reserves the right to move team lead roles between install and maintenance as business needs dictate.
    • The role may require the successful candidate to train own and customers' staff in product installation or dispense technique with particular attention to Health and Safety and correct storage for beer, cider and carbonated soft drinks.
    • Be responsible for general management of the team including absence management, performance management and tracking team
    • Ensure effective communication with sales team to help identify opportunities and risks.
    • Any other duties assigned by line manager

    About you

    • You have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Quality Dispense or Installation technician role and have basic understanding of refrigeration/electrics/plumbing.
    • You have a full and valid driving license.
    • You have the ability to assist with budgetary control
    • Basic understanding of refrigeration/electrics/plumbing
    • High level of flexibility and the ability to be mobile across ROI
    • Health & Safety awareness
    • Be highly observant to identify issues relating to non-compliance and opportunities to facilitate additional sales
    • Effectively plan journeys to ensure efficient use of resources and excellent time management skills.
    • Ability to identify and implement efficiencies to challenge and improve ways of working
