    Overview

    C&C Group is seeking an Environmental Reporting Analyst to support the delivery of our sustainability and climate programme.

    This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in carbon accounting, sustainability reporting, supplier engagement and decarbonisation initiatives within a leading drinks manufacturer and distribution business. Working closely with sustainability and operational colleagues, you will develop valuable technical skills while helping C&C Group measure and reduce its environmental impact.

    Whether you are a recent sustainability graduate or have early career experience in the field, this role is ideal for an individual who is proactive, with strong attention to detail and passion for sustainable change. You will be required to obtain data from a wide range of stakeholders and have responsibility for communicating complex data across a range of audiences. The role provides excellent exposure to corporate sustainability reporting, climate strategy and stakeholder engagement.

    About the Role

    • Support the annual carbon accounting process across C&C Group, including Scope 1, Scope 2 and relevant Scope 3 emissions. This includes collating monthly energy, fuel, and waste data from operational sites and supporting with Scope 3 supplier engagement programme.
    • Coordinate environmental reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely submission. Support preparation of environmental disclosures for the Group Sustainability Statement and Annual Report. Maintain environmental reporting methodologies, processes and controls.
    • Project manage the annual Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) submission process, and other voluntary environmental requests, including supporting with customer requests and tender submissions.
    • Coordinate the Group's environmental supplier engagement programme.
    • Engage suppliers on sustainability performance, emissions reporting and environmental improvement opportunities.
    • Support initiatives to improve supply chain transparency and reduce Scope 3 emissions.
    • Coordinate the Sustainability Change Advocate Programme.
    • Develop internal sustainability communications and colleague engagement materials. Assist with external environmental communications where required.
    • Collaborate with operational, procurement, and finance teams to gather data and support sustainability initiatives.
    • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    Desirable

    • Relevant degree or professional qualification in sustainability, environmental science, or related discipline.
    • Experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, corporate finance reporting or a related field.
    • Understanding of greenhouse gas accounting principles and carbon reporting.
    • Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and disclosure programmes such as CDP, SECR, GHG Protocol and SBTi.
    • Experience within a manufacturing, FMCG or drinks business.
    • Experience engaging suppliers on sustainability performance.
    • Familiarity with sustainability assurance processes.
